Questions & Answers

Everything you might want to know before sending a request.

Can I buy directly on the website?

No — our website is a catalogue. There is no basket or checkout and we never ask for card details online. Simply send us a request and we’ll take it from there by email.

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to reply within two working days. Around busy holidays such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day it can take a little longer, so we recommend getting in touch early.

How do I pay?

Once we have confirmed that your items are available, we’ll email you a summary with the total price, delivery options and payment details. Your order is confirmed as soon as payment is received.

Are the items always in stock?

Our collection changes with the seasons and some designs are made in small batches, so availability can vary. That’s exactly why we check every request by hand before you pay anything.

Can I order several different items together?

Of course. Many people combine a postcard with a matching box and wrapping paper. Just list everything in your message, or ask us to suggest a set.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We are based in the UK. If you need delivery abroad, mention the country in your request and we’ll let you know which options are available.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Yes — you have the rights set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, including a 14-day cancellation period for most items once they arrive.
